Happy Valentines Day!

Firstly, a huge thank you for purchasing a vegan valentines meal for two!

Here you will find cooking instructions for each dish, storage details and allergen information.

Cooking Instructions

STARTER

FRYING

1.) Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a pan (preferably non stick) and heat on medium.
2.) Place seekh kebabs in the pan and turn frequently for 7-10 mins until piping hot.
3.) Add the white onions to the pan with the seekh kebabs for the last 2 minutes of cooking, turning and tossing frequently.
4.) Serve your seekh kebabs with the onions and use your hari chutney and mint yoghurt for dipping. Enjoy!

GRILL

1.) Heat grill pan on high and add the seekh kebabs, turning frequently for 10 minutes.

NOTE: white onions cannot be grilled, refer to instructions in “Frying” above.

MAIN

1.) Firstly, heat your bread in a pan on medium for around a 30 seconds, flipping so both sides are lovely and warm.
2.) Next, line your flatbread with our homemade garlic sauce and chilli sauce – but save half of each for step 4.
3.) Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil to a pan, put the heat on medium-high and add your filling(s) to the pan, moving around the pan constantly for 5-10 minutes (it really depends how well done you like it).

NOTE: Each filling can take a different amount of time to cook, so ensure that it is piping hot before serving!

4.) Dress your flatbread with your salad pack, then your cooked filling, remaining sauces and pickles for garnish. Enjoy!

DESSERT

1.) Heat your custard in a saucepan for 3 mins on medium-high, stirring frequently to avoid burning. You may also heat in the microwave if preferred for 2 minutes, just remember to transfer the custard to a microwave safe bowl!
2.) Place Souf in a bowl and pour over the custard, simple as that!

Storage Information

Flatbreads – do not put in the fridge as this will harden the texture, use within 2 days of receiving item.
Kebab Fillings – store in the fridge and consume by the use by date specified.
Salads – store in the fridge and consume by the use by date specified.
Sauces/Dips – store in the fridge and consume by the use by date specified.
Pickles – store in the fridge and consume by the use by date specified.
Sfouf – store in the fridge and consume by the use by date specified.
Custard – store in the fridge and consume by the use by date specified.
